"No problem, I’ll definitely be there this afternoon," Lin Feng replied, and hung up the phone without hesitation.

Su Qingsnow blinked her beautiful eyes, gazing at Lin Feng with curiosity. "Lin Feng, what did Chairman Zhou say on the phone? Did I just hear the name Su Shifeng?"

"That's right, it was him. The old lady of the Su family has already made her move, just as I predicted," Lin Feng answered with a sly smile, turning to look at Su Qingsnow. "Chairman Zhou is hosting a celebration banquet this afternoon for the collaboration between the Su and Zhou families. We’ll attend together."

"A celebration banquet? How come I didn’t know about this?" Su Qingsnow asked, her face full of confusion. She had no idea about Lin Feng and Zhou Liran’s plan.

"Well, now you do. Today’s banquet will be quite the spectacle. We should head home and change into something more suitable," Lin Feng replied thoughtfully.

"Alright then," Su Qingsnow answered with a slight pout. She trusted Lin Feng completely; anywhere he asked her to go, she knew there would be no problem.

Just as her words fell, Lin Feng suddenly spat out a mouthful of tea.

Startled, she looked up to see Lin Feng’s face twisted in bitterness. Blinking her bright eyes, she asked, "Lin Feng, what’s wrong?"

"My goodness, the tea here is barely drinkable! Where did you get this from?" Lin Feng finally experienced the bitterness of her tea—there was nothing but a harsh taste, utterly lacking any fragrance.

"Oh, that!" Su Qingsnow replied cheerfully, her tone playful. "That’s a medicinal tea I had someone specially buy for me from abroad. It purifies the liver, benefits the gallbladder, brightens the eyes, and is great for health. It’s a real treasure."

"This is a treasure? No wonder your bank isn’t doing well—if you’re serving your clients this, I’m surprised they haven’t all left!" Lin Feng couldn’t help but curl his lip. His eyes sparkled with an idea. "When I have time, I’ll personally make you a medicinal tea, one that tastes a hundred times better and is also a hundred times more effective."

"Really?" Su Qingsnow asked incredulously, her eyes wide with disbelief.

"Of course, when have I ever lied to you?" Lin Feng replied, smiling as he gently reached out to touch her head.

In that instant, their gazes met. Su Qingsnow’s heart beat faster, a flush spreading across her cheeks. She hurriedly averted her eyes and shyly pushed his arm away.

Her relationship with Lin Feng was becoming more indescribable by the day.

During that brief moment of eye contact, Lin Feng too found himself drawn in by her breathtaking beauty. Coming back to his senses, he felt his own cheeks suddenly flush red.
