"Technique?" the two asked in confusion.

Si Lintian explained, "Technique is about using one's strength in a more ingenious way. With the same amount of force, they can unleash greater power."

"I'm referring to an ordinary punch, not one delivered through a skill," he continued. "But from the evidence I observed at the scene, the remains of the Three-Eyed Demon Ape were all killed with a single punch—so much so that there was not a trace of technique, just pure brute force."

"This is the first time I've encountered a warrior like this, one who simply used raw power to annihilate his opponent!"

"Generally, there are only two types of people like this: either they know nothing of technique, or they disdain it entirely, confident in their own strength."

Sun Hu said, "If that's the case, these two are indeed very similar. I've seen Lin Han's battle videos—no matter who he faces, he always knocks them flying with a single ordinary punch."

"Exactly," Si Lintian pressed on. "There's definitely a connection between them. In fact, I suspect they may be master and apprentice!"

"Master and apprentice?"

"Yes, that's right," Si Lintian replied. "Their fighting styles are nearly identical. Lin Han changed classes twice in a very short time, which required three sources of Cataclysm—an enormous expenditure of resources."

"Even for someone like me, it's impossible to find Cataclysm sources in such a short period, let alone three; even one is a struggle."

"Unless someone was supporting him from behind, it's almost a fairy tale," he said.

Sun Hu then asked, "If those forbidden spells that wiped out everything are related to that powerful figure, could it be that he did it to help Lin Han obtain Cataclysm sources?"

"Probably not," Si Lintian replied. "It's not just that. Don't forget there's also a Supreme Mage."

"You're wrong," Si Lintian explained. "According to Du Wanting’s account, that warrior acted to protect the city, intervening to stop the destruction."

"So if we arrest his suspected apprentice, wouldn’t that wound the feelings of a mighty figure?"

"Besides, I can't defeat a warrior at that level—don't drag me into disaster."

Hearing this, Sun Hu wondered aloud, "So according to you, are we just going to ignore this matter?"

"Ignore it? Impossible—we must intervene," Si Lintian said earnestly. "But we can't rush things now. If we act rashly against Lin Han, we may end up fighting that powerhouse. If it comes to that, the entire Lunar City could be destroyed!"

"Don't forget, this guy has escaped from forbidden spells every time."

"What is it!" Sun Hu was on edge—he’d been traumatized by forbidden spells, and any hint of trouble made him fear another surge of magical energy.

Lunar City simply could not endure another catastrophe.

Teng Zhibo stammered, "Boss, all our undercover agents near Lin Han's house have been taken out—every single one!"

"What?!" Sun Hu’s eyes widened in shock. "Who did it?"

"No idea," Teng Zhibo replied. "According to their report, it seemed to be a woman, an assassin. They couldn't gauge her strength, only that she was extremely powerful."

"But she didn't harm them; she simply ordered them to leave the neighborhood immediately. She warned that if they returned, she wouldn't be so polite next time."

Sun Hu’s expression grew grim. "She dares threaten us? Has she grown tired of life? Did anyone see what she looked like? Get in touch with the Ministry of Public Security and investigate her!"

"No, none of our people saw her face. They only determined it was a woman by her voice."

"Every agent reported the same thing—the woman emerged from their shadows, and before they could react, her blade was already at their throats."
