Although Rose Du knew little about this so-called Galaxy Power and didn’t understand why her father and Aunt Lianfeng were so tense around each other—as if losing the Galaxy Power would be like losing their own parents—it didn’t prevent her from recognizing the other’s extraordinary nature from just the brief scene she had witnessed.

He was clearly a newly awakened Super Warrior, yet in just a few words, he carried an air of total command over the situation.

Especially the way he communicated remotely, his gaze seeming to pierce through everything, emanating an exceptional aura.

It was impressive without fully understanding why...

Hearing Rose’s words, Duke and Lianfeng exchanged a glance and then gave a resigned smile.

At this moment, they didn’t quite know what to say, but their mood eased slightly.

The next morning, 7:30 a.m.

On a bustling commercial street outside a university in Giant Gorge City, people came and went.

In front of a coffee shop that hadn’t yet opened, four individuals dressed in distinct styles sat early around a round table.

One wore a black suit, another a red jacket with jeans, a third donned a burgundy military uniform, and the last was clad in a blue scholar’s robe.

“It’s already past seven and they haven’t opened yet? Is this how they do business here?” Rose Du, her soft lips wrapped around a milk tea straw, idly swiped through her phone, occasionally glancing at the coffee shop’s sign.

In truth, they had been waiting since the previous night.

After being warned by that kid last night, she and Aunt Lianfeng had opened the wormhole together and brought Jess here.

The blue-robed, Mediterranean-haired old man, Teacher Reiz, had followed closely behind.

And so the four obediently sat and waited.

Half worried that Ge Xiaolun might be taken away by someone, half waiting for that kid to wake up.

They had endured a night of cold wind.

Not daring to close their eyes the entire night!

Hence, her nickname for Ge Xiaolun had shifted from “this guy” to “this brat.”

Rose Du had never suffered such indignity before!

“Oh, don’t be so anxious, Rose. Many coffee shops are like this~” murmured Reiz, the Mediterranean-haired old man, sipping his milk tea, gazing at the shop with a mix of sentiment and reassurance.

To be honest, when he heard Duke and the others mention the upheaval regarding the Galaxy Power last night, he had been quite startled.

Although he didn’t care much whether the Galaxy Power was truly taken by some civilization, the fact that the Super God Academy had completely lost control over both the Galaxy Power and its anti-void engine was a frightening implication.

But since arriving here last night and watching over Ge Xiaolun all night, he sensed he might have begun to understand something...

“Besides, just the day before yesterday, Ge Xiaolun closed this shop, and even many of his other businesses... so the coffee shop isn’t open today,” Aunt Lianfeng added from beside them, holding a tablet.

“Oh?” Rose Du caught a subtle hint and raised her brow.

“Ever since the Galaxy Power’s super gene was activated the day before yesterday, I have been watching some backend data related to the Galaxy Power. At the time, I didn’t pay close attention and didn’t review everything. Some of the data is still backed up in Denor Three,” Lianfeng said, her clear eyes filled with obvious emotion.

“Now, after reviewing it all, I think I’ve begun to understand.”

She spoke without concern for the passersby.

As a wind-element user and the controller of Denor Three, shielding herself from mundane sensory interference was second nature.

Rose Du and Reiz exchanged looks, while Jess remained alert.

“At that time, I noticed that after activating the Galaxy Power gene system and realizing he had special abilities, Ge Xiaolun thought he had some kind of system like those in novels or films. He cautiously summoned the Galaxy Power gene system repeatedly, eventually accessing the dark dimension.”

Based on data from Denor Three and her own memories, Lianfeng recounted in her magnetic voice.

“He had considerable communication with the Galaxy Power gene system. I even saw some of their chat logs—Ge Xiaolun asked many questions about the Galaxy Power system, about Super Warriors, and they even discussed the Super God Academy.”

“And the Galaxy Power system responded to all of them.”

“So this guy knew about the Super God Academy all along? And that we were on the same side?” Rose Du quickly grasped the key point.

Lianfeng shrugged, “Yes.”

The Galaxy Power gene system’s AI, after all, was an artificial intelligence from a god-level civilization. It was not a blank slate.

Though limited by history, it still had fundamental knowledge to answer basic questions.

“Which means this guy already knew we’d come for him, knew there was no point in keeping his ordinary businesses, and was ready to join the Super God Academy?”

Rose Du’s understanding of Ge Xiaolun gradually clarified.

In other words, he was far from clueless.

“From this perspective, he was already prepared to enter the Super Warrior world. But...” Lianfeng’s eyes darkened slightly.

“Perhaps because of his own expertise—he’s a computer specialist—he immediately realized the Galaxy Power gene system might be monitored. He asked if it was being surveilled, and about the system’s obedience to him as its master.”

Lianfeng’s words jolted Rose Du and Reiz, revealing the heart of the matter.

“At the same time, it told Ge Xiaolun that its highest authority was to obey him personally.”

“Ge Xiaolun then asked how powerful it was, what level it held in the universe.”

“The Galaxy Power system replied that it had... abilities considered the highest level of energy and power in the universe.”

“But with Ge Xiaolun’s current abilities, he basically couldn’t unlock them.”

“Even with the Super God Academy’s current technology on Blue Star, they couldn’t access them either.”

“They had only activated the third-generation divine body and undefeated physique of the Galaxy Power.”

“So Ge Xiaolun already knew he had immense potential and top-tier abilities in certain areas.”

Lianfeng recounted all the last recordings from Denor Three, some of which she had only seen today.

“So this guy mastered all this in just a few days... his initiative is really impressive!” Rose Du exclaimed.

It reminded her of her own awakening.

Although blessed by having an alien father, her conditions were already exceptional.

But she never actively explored her unknown worldview.

Her understanding of gods and Super Warriors was all passively given by Old Du and others.

“This is impressive, but really, it shouldn’t be that surprising,” Lianfeng explained.

“Thanks to his wealthy background, he had already built a considerable career, worth billions.”

“And last year, at only twenty-one, he completed his graduate studies.”

“For someone like him, having such vision is normal.”

She recounted Ge Xiaolun’s life story at an opportune moment, leaving Rose Du somewhat astonished.

Though worldly wealth and knowledge mean little to Super Warriors, and Ge Xiaolun’s background was not especially outstanding in Giant Gorge City, she had to admit that even without the super gene, he was a rare genius.

“But Lianfeng, you didn’t mention—perhaps you didn’t see—his further development of abilities and his resistance to potential monitoring.”

At this moment, old Reiz suddenly spoke, looking keenly at Lianfeng.

“Given how far he’s gone asking questions, there’s no way he wouldn’t have tried something.”

Lianfeng fell silent, then nodded quietly.

Indeed, she had seen no records on those aspects.

But at this point in the story, they could roughly guess what might be happening.

In the morning breeze, Reiz’s voice was grave and filled with awe, stirring their hearts.

Lianfeng was silent, and even Duke aboard the Giant Gorge ship remained quiet.

The conclusions drawn from that night felt like a heavy hammer striking their souls.

Rose Du still felt impressed but perplexed, staring up at the coffee shop’s second floor, at a loss for words.

“I don’t know... I can’t figure it out either.”

Lianfeng couldn’t deny it but was full of confusion.

“Even if Blue Star’s computational technology came from the same source as the Divine River, and he has some computer skills, without dark matter technology knowledge, algorithms, or more advanced algorithms, how could he seize all permissions, let alone instantly sever them?”

Lianfeng was baffled.

If not for all the evidence pointing to this, and the absence of any god-level civilization representatives, she wouldn’t believe Ge Xiaolun could do this himself.

It defied logic...

“Ding-ling-ling...”

Suddenly, the door’s wind chimes jingled as the coffee shop finally opened.

A figure in a black tank top appeared in the doorway—fresh hairstyle, tall and strong.

Ge Xiaolun glanced at the group, a faint, inexplicable smile playing on his lips, his voice clear:

“Thanks for waiting here so early. Please come in.”

With that, he turned and walked back inside.

Lianfeng and the others quickly rose and followed him.
