Chapter 34: The Death of Magma, The Death of the Twin Monsters

"Ze... Zetton?"

"You saved me?"

The Kyrieloid stared at Zetton, which had sent the Twin Monsters flying with a single punch and kick, completely stunned.

If anyone had been standing where the black light dissipated, they might have seen a man lying on the ruins, his eyes vacant, his left leg twisted at an odd angle, his face deathly pale.

The Kyrieloid had exited the stage, but the farce was far from over!

Deep beneath the ocean, Lin Yu and a young woman were submerged, yet their eyes were wide open. Their vision, enhanced by blue light, could clearly see through the sea surface without obstruction!

From a perspective similar to a human watching a monster-Ultraman aerial battle, they observed Zetton confronting the two Twin Monsters!

Beside him followed another massive beast!

This monster was in its element beneath the sea, moving with such joy as if it had returned home.

Eleking!

As the king of the waters, it naturally loved the sea. Furthermore, whether it was the conductive nature of the water or the monster's formidable agility within it, the aquatic environment boosted Eleking's combat power by several tiers!

"Zetton, let them use their combined technique. Make it look like a close match, and expose a weakness!"

"Something's wrong. I have a feeling Zetton isn't using its full power!" Daigo frowned, pointing at the sky. "And haven't you noticed? The sky is getting darker."

The master of the Twin Monsters! The cruel, cunning alien culprit behind the destruction of Ultraman Leo's home, Planet L77!

At this moment, his voice was masked by the thunder. He swung his blade silently, thrusting it toward Zetton's back! If his sneak attack succeeded, given the combat power Zetton had displayed, it would surely suffer a significant wound! Then, it would be finished off by the Twin Monsters!

But...

"Zet—ton!"

Zetton's silhouette vanished instantly, and Alien Magma's strike hit empty air! His internal alarm bells rang—he knew he had been tricked. Dense smoke appeared at his feet, and Alien Magma tried to flee!

But a massive hand pierced through his chest!

Zetton tossed the corpse of Alien Magma aside like garbage. Activating a formidable shield, it braced against the rotation of the Twin Monsters and pressed forward aggressively!

"CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!"

The rotation, powerful enough to slice through a Sadola or Telesdon in one hit, slammed into Zetton's shield, emitting a terrifying sound!

Impact after impact, the force stacked up—even Zetton’s barrier began to show hairline fractures! If they kept colliding, it might not hold!

But... there would be no such chance!

Lightning surged from the depths, using the seawater as a medium. The high-voltage paralysis left the Twin Monsters stiff and immobilized, but did not affect the shielded Zetton!

It cleaved the two Twin Monsters in half on the spot!

Flesh and blood rained down, covering the sea.

Zetton stood quietly on the water, bathed in the blood of the invaders who had destroyed countless civilizations and the home of an Ultraman!

It was like a god!

More divine, in that moment, than the abstract Kyrieloid god that existed only in legends!

At this moment, all the believers across the globe who had been watching for the Kyrieloid's prophecy to come true witnessed everything! They were in an uproar! The faith in the Kyrieloid god collapsed, but the image of Zetton shone brilliantly!

"I have... failed completely." Itabashi Mitsuo closed his eyes bitterly. His efforts had only served to benefit someone else. He hadn't even realized there was an ambush by Alien Magma.
