The afterburners tore through the sky as several GUYS team fighter jets, marked with the "cross" insignia, rapidly approached. These were the same jets that had been utterly destroyed by the cosmic iron-slicing monster, Dinazor, in the first episode of Mobius.
At a glance, they spotted the two massive roaring beasts locked in fierce confrontation: King Aire and Granrein. The mountains and forests sprawled beneath their feet, the earth cracking inch by inch with each step, and even the clouds shattered from the impact.
The searing heat and tingling electric currents, even from a considerable distance, caused Aihara Ryu, Serizawa Kazuya, and the other GUYS members to unconsciously break out in sweat, their bodies slightly stiffening.
“This level is not to be underestimated!” one said.
“Stronger than Bermuda, it’s like those two damn twin monsters,” another remarked.
“Fortunately, they’re not brothers, they seem to be enemies; otherwise, we’d be doomed,” a third added with a sigh.
The GUYS team members exchanged observations, clearly impressed and wary.
“Stay alert, these two are no ordinary foes.”
“One is King Aire, the aquatic ruler who crushed Bermuda with overwhelming force; the other is Granrein, who appeared a year ago, annihilated several villages, and even triggered volcanic eruptions.”
“This time, we absolutely cannot let the citizens here suffer disaster!”
“Even if it costs us our lives!” Aihara Ryu declared firmly.
He pushed the control stick forward, eager to pilot the fighter jets into attack against the two monsters.
“Wait, Ryu!”
“Don’t act rashly!”
Serizawa, the seasoned captain in his forties, weathered and respected, stopped Aihara Ryu. His sharp eyes and unwavering resolve commanded authority. Having fought countless battles against monsters and aliens, he held considerable prestige.
He later became the human embodiment of Hikari, though... there was no Hikari in this universe.
Aihara Ryu was his old subordinate.
Hearing this, Aihara Ryu widened his eyes. “Why, Captain Serizawa? The fight between these two is already causing panic among the citizens!”
“As members of the GUYS team, aren’t we supposed to eliminate monsters?” Ryu pointed to the masses fleeing below and shouted.
“Ryu, you’re still so impulsive,” Serizawa sighed helplessly, his gaze growing serious as he looked at the two monsters locked in battle.
“A year ago, multiple teams fought Granrein. It can spew fierce flames, and its molten organ in the abdomen converts magma into fire, boasting formidable defense. We tried every means but couldn’t inflict significant damage.”
“According to the Victory Team and Captain Hayami’s reports, King Aire is not only powerful but also filled with nuclear energy. If killed by missiles or other violent means, it would be like detonating a massive nuclear bomb!”
Serizawa spoke slowly.
It wasn’t that he didn’t want to fight—it was simply impossible to move them!
“.....”
Aihara Ryu and the others fell silent.
“So we just watch this disaster unfold?”

Aihara Ryu gritted his teeth and muttered lowly.
“Of course not.”
“But since these two monsters are fighting now, we wait. If we can take this chance to eliminate Granrein and severely wound King Aire, that would be best.”
Captain Serizawa exhaled deeply, steady and calm.

A massive blast of intense flame erupted from Granrein’s mouth, aiming straight at King Aire!
Unfazed, King Aire retaliated with a crescent light blade accompanied by crackling lightning, slicing through the fire and striking Granrein, scattering rocks everywhere!
But soon, the shattered stones were replenished by Granrein.
The attack caused little real damage.
“As expected, such a pain-insensitive monster should be handled by Ace,” Hayami rubbed his forehead, sighing.
His sharp eyes roamed over Granrein, finally locking onto its throat.
“Granrein’s magma and fire abilities depend on the flame-generating organ in its throat!”
“Then... smash it!”
“King Aire, aim for its throat!”
At Hayami’s command:
“Gegi!!”
King Aire’s tail shot up with the force of a million horsepower, slamming heavily into Granrein’s head!
Even the massive Granrein staggered.
The next moment, King Aire’s crescent light blade struck Granrein’s throat with precision and power, triggering an explosion.
“Aogugu!!”
A piercing scream echoed—whether from pain or fear, no one could tell.
“Attack its abdominal organ! Finish it!”
Hayami’s gaze shifted to Granrein’s belly—the magma storage organ!
Destroy that, and Granrein would be utterly doomed.
Without the obstructive flames, King Aire unleashed his terrifying strength!
His tail coiled around Granrein, using immense brute force to lift the beast’s over 40,000-ton body!
Electricity surged and gathered at King Aire’s tail tip, forming a fearsome lightning orb!
“Cha!!”
The orb pierced Granrein’s abdominal organ, shattering rock and earth, tearing through it!
Magma flowed freely but could not harm King Aire’s skin—it was instantly evaporated by the lightning!
Granrein’s body stiffened.

Before Hayami could react, a small green sphere emerged from Granrein’s dead brain, soaring skyward, beyond Earth!
The Sphia Orb!
It was the very essence that combined volcanic magma to birth Granrein!
Now that Granrein was dead, it tried to escape.
As for why it didn’t possess King Aire—
It was just a single cell, not the Sphia Black Hole itself. Possessing dead or very weak life forms was more feasible.
If it wanted to possess King Aire, it would have to kill him first, then abandon Granrein and inhabit the dead King Aire to resurrect, becoming a stronger Sphia King Aire.
Having lost, it had to flee or be finished.
“Trying to escape?”
“King Aire, paralyze it with electricity!”
Hayami raised an eyebrow.
At his command, King Aire emitted faint electric currents, stiffening the fleeing Sphia Orb and causing it to fall.
Using his Ultraman telekinesis, Hayami caught the human-sized sphere in his hand.
“So this is the Sphia Orb that can transform organic and inorganic matter into powerful monsters?”
Hayami squeezed it.
It was springy.
If even a single cell-made minion was this formidable, the Sphia Black Hole—or the dark planet Gulansphia itself—was truly astounding.
Hayami’s current strength was still far from sufficient.
Since the Sphia Orb appeared, perhaps the core entity... also existed!
The thought filled Hayami with a sudden sense of urgency.
“How to feed this orb to Zetton?”

A line of text appeared. Without hesitation, Hayami accessed Zetton’s panel and found an “Intervene” option that hadn’t been there before.
Clicking it, a familiar black hole appeared in the sky. Nothing else was affected, only the Sphia Orb beside him was sucked in.
